Kangarooooos and Celebrations

This past weekend, John and I ventured to the Taronga Zoo in Mosman. The Sydney aquarium was ehhh-ok so we were a little skeptical of the zoo trip- I mean, a zoo is a zoo, right? But we were pleasantly surprised and impressed!! The day was gorgeous and we were able to get up close and personal with some large, spontaneous animals. 

There is apparently a place in Melbourne that let's you actually touch and hold the animals.. So we will definitely be hitting that up on our Christmas holiday. Speaking of holiday, we are heading down south to Melbourne and Tasmania for Christmas! 10 days of exploring and adventure, coming right up. I do love a good to-do list.
